Jaco Beach Costa Rica Hotel Room Rates

Clarita's Hotel in Jaco, Costa Rica has 26 hotel rooms and a 24 hour desk for late arrivals. Clarita's rooms, have cable TVs, refrigerators, safes, full bathrooms with hot water showers, ceiling fans, comfortable beds (double and/or twins) and they are clean! The rooms are ocean front and most have ocean views. There are rooms with air conditioning and rooms without – depending on your needs and wallet size.

Enjoy Clarita's new and exclusive swimming pool and swim up bar for the thirst impaired.

For those of you with cars, Clarita provides secured parking and 24 hour security. Clarita will also do your laundry, or give you a massage . . . . but she charges. Like Clarita says, “If I don’t have it, you don’t need it.”

BEST OF ALL, Clarita has cut in half the cost of Jaco beach front rooms!!!!

Clarita’s Rooms & Rates

Low Season (May 3 – December 7, 2010)
AC Rooms	$70 (for 1-2 guests, $10 for each additional guest)
Non AC Rooms	$50 (for 1-2 guests, $10 for each additional guest)

**Rooms include cable TV, refrigerator, ceiling fan, full bathroom with hot water shower, and room safe.

High Season: December 8 – May 2, 2010)
AC Rooms	$80 (for 1-2 guests, $10 for each additional guest)
Non AC Rooms	$60 (for 1-2 guests, $10 for each additional guest)

**Rooms include cable TV, refrigerator, ceiling fan, full bathroom with hot water shower, and room safe.

Long term rates available
Children under 5 are free when no extra bed is required
Room rates include governmental and tourism tax of 16.39%
Please note: Confirmed reservations which are not cancelled in writing (email) within 10 days of the reserved arrival date will be billed for the full reservation unless Clarita is able to re-rent the room[s]. Refunds will not be issued for nights reserved that are not completely used unless Clarita is able to re-rent the room[s]. This policy is necessary to discourage those who reserve rooms and do not show up or cancel reserved rooms at the last moment. Additionally, for our more creative guests, alleged oral promises of refunds (like from our maids, gardeners, cooks, bartenders or dog) are not valid unless they are made to you in writing by Clarita herself! Thank you for your understanding!
